During the last years in a primary link of public health services the complex of actions for elimination of lacks at children is carried out. It has led to improvement of indicators that should affect disease of children of operated infections, including a whooping cough. The purpose of the spent researches was the analysis of indicators both diseases of a whooping cough and revealing of modern features of a current of this of infections at children in out-patient conditions. For the analysis indicators of children's polyclinic No6 of Stavropol for last 4 years have been used. Besides it, 18 stories of illnesses of children at the age from 6 months till 14 years have been analysed. From them till 3 years - 2, 3 till 7 years - 6, is more senior 7 years-10 children. And boys and girls it is investigated fifty-fifty on 9 persons.
