And often enough happens so that at, in general that, normal weight we see relative surplus of fat on hips or in a stomach and the defects of a figure connected with it. This relative surplus often happens small - kgs 5-6, or even it is less. But it can spoil a figure fine enough. What to do? First of all it is necessary a diet, better to say, a diet. For example, that, which is already in detail considered by me above. But one diet happens insufficiently. After all at a diet the organism will take away fat not therefrom, whence you would like, and therefrom, whence to it is easier. And often happens so that superfluous fat is located mainly on hips, and grow thin basically the person and a neck. Figure disproportions amplify. So, except a diet the influences which are making active fatty there where it is necessary to you are necessarily necessary. Then mobilisation of fat from it will amplify. Physical exercises, it is one of ways of local influence on a fatty fabric. Other ways of influence - massage, water procedures, application of special creams with superficially active substances, application of special dense clothes from fabrics.
