The Risk Element Thus To Us Did Not

The risk element thus to us did not seem considerable. Really: we often moistened with these unsterile structures the opened belly cavity, muscles, , and a skin at pure operations. We hundreds times, without observing sterile conditions, did intravenous injection and never observed complications. At the same time, it is obvious that in the conditions of operational work presence of an unsterile link does unsterile all system. Therefore it is essentially indifferent, whether all system is unsterile or only its separate parts. Considering force of action of applied structures on processes, inevitable presence of unsterile links in everyday our work and quality of the received results, we considered admissible to reject sterility in all system of manufacture of operations, i.e. to do them in unsterile conditions. Acting with the report on June, 26th, 1933, in scientific and advisory on these works, I defended the stated points of view, underlining that manufacture of operations in unsterile conditions includes the same risk element, as well as any our medical intervention.
