It has been created one year ago by initiative group of young men, as the form of self-organising of students for protection of interests and the rights of student's youth. Scientific conference became an interesting boundary in a life of this student's society. It is not the first to Stavropol Territory. In 1993 . In Stavropol Territory there passed I regional scientific conference of students and young scientists. Children could let out the beautiful program, spend conference, but means for publications have not sufficed. It was possible to today's students. They have organised plenary and working sessions.
