Bones From Which We Usually Cook Soups, Contain
Bones from which we usually cook soups, contain a lot of fat. In shops now there are some kinds of cottage cheese - degreased, low-fat, country and fat. Their fat content consistently increases from 0,25 percent to 18 percent. It is clear that in respect of the prevention of a set of weight it is better to use the fat-free and low-fat grades. Fat content of usual mayonnaise makes 70 percent, but the new grades which fat content is equal 40 - to 45 percent recently began to appear. Easily enough it is possible to find fat-free yoghurt whereas fat content of the usual can reach and 8 percent. There is a fat-free condensed milk. Fat content of a usual order of 8-12 % of percent. Practically there is no fat in caramel or in a zephyr whereas fat content of chocolate and chocolates comes nearer to 50 percent. And so on. Always it is possible to find less fat product on replacement. Chocolate, by the way, too happens . In it it is simple more cocoa and less oil. I already wrote earlier that fat content of vegetable oils comes nearer to 100 percent.
